What’s really happening
When you place an order on Jungleind, we ping your bank with an authorization request to be sure your card is valid and has enough funds.
Your bank immediately reserves the amount and shows it on your statement.
It isn’t an actual charge—just a temporary hold that disappears once the order goes through or the hold expires.
Canceled an order?
The hold is released automatically. Each bank has its own timetable for removing authorizations, so contact your bank if the pending amount doesn’t drop off as quickly as you expect.
Saw a Jungleind charge you don’t recognize?
Check with anyone who might use your card
Family, friends, or coworkers could have placed an order if they had your permission or access to your device.Secure your Jungleind account
Log in and open Account › Security.
Select Change Password and create a new, strong password.

Most “unknown” amounts are routine authorization holds. If a charge looks permanent or you suspect unauthorized activity, lock down your Jungleind account and speak with both our support team and your bank right away.
Eligible to send something back? Follow these steps:
Sign in.
Log into your Jungleind account.Locate the order.
Open My Orders, choose the purchase in question, and click Return / Refund.Tell us what’s coming back.
Confirm you’ve received the parcel, tick the item(s) you want to return, pick a reason, and—if useful—attach photos or add comments.Review & continue.
Check the return summary and click Next.No-return needed?
If we don’t need the item back, simply pick where you’d like the money to go—either Jungleind Credit (store balance) or back to your original payment method—then hit Submit.Need to ship the item(s) back?
Select your preferred return method and refund method, then click Submit.Label & ship.
Print the prepaid return label and attach it to the outside of your package.
Your first return on every order is free.
Drop the parcel at your nearest Canada Post, FedEx, or other listed courier location—and you’re done!
Adding more items to the same return:
Before you ship, open the return details page and choose Use Existing Label to include extra items in the same box (and avoid additional shipping fees).
Timing matters:
After starting a return, make sure your package is in the courier’s hands within 14 days. You can track refund status or repurchase items any time from the order-details page.

We don’t offer straight-up exchanges just yet.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, simply place a new order for the replacement and send the original item back for a refund.

Sign in and open My Orders.
Select the order in question, scroll to the refunded item, and click Details to see the status and refund method for each item.
Through Account Messages
Go to Account → Messages.
Open the refund notification to view real-time updates.
Via Email Alerts
If you turned on email notifications, simply click the tracking link in the refund email we sent you.
